The first (add visit here) one will consist of an in-depth discussion of your medical history to understand the events which led you to your current state of health. It will take approximately an hour or less. We will review any of your results from lab work that may have been conducted over the last 12 months. If we deem that additional lab work such as saliva, urine or blood tests are needed, we will address it with you and provide the means to conduct them.

During the second visit, we will review our report of findings and put together a customized protocol to fit your individual needs to help you begin your healing journey. Here we will estimate about how many months are needed whether 3 month, 6 month, or 9 months more.

We work in 3 steps:

Step 1- FOUNDATIONS: First 1 hour appointment to review history, previous labs, and symptoms. It is during this appointment if there are additional labs needed she will order them. The next 30 minute appointment will be scheduled typically 3-4 weeks later to review the labs and discuss options. If additional work is to be done, we move to Step 2.

Step 2- RESTORATION -(3-6 month period) – Follow up (30 minute visit) Meeting every 4-6 weeks for the 3-6 month period. It is during this step where much of the treatment of the root cause is occurring. We will discuss diet and lifestyle options as well as addressing the inflammatory causes of your unwanted symptoms.

Step 3- MAINTENENCE – Follow ups can occur every 3 or 6 months or perhaps once per year. Health is an ongoing process so it something that needs to be maintained.

We have a variety of labs that would be ordered depending on you and your specific health needs. This includes anything from regular bloodwork to more specialty labs such as stool (parasites, bacteria, or overall digestive imbalances), we test saliva (for hormones, adrenal, or neurotransmitter testing), or we can test urine testing (organic acids, hormones, or toxic panels). For tests requiring bloodwork, we work closely with Quest Diagnostics and LABCORP.

Yes, if you have blood work that was done within the last 6-12 months, we are able to use what you have already. However, we do look for more ‘optimal’ levels of test results instead of what is considered the standard ‘normal’, so the need to run additional testing if what you have is not complete may be deemed necessary.

Yes, we carry physician-grade supplements. They are available at our office or for purchase online. All of our supplements are high-quality, organic supplements that have been re-searched and known for their efficacy.

No, we are unable to provide injectable or IV treatments at this time.

With our compassionate naturopathic doctors and wellness team members, we see you as a real person and not just a number on a chart.

We take time to get to know you, to listen and understand your health concerns, and identify what the problem is that’s making you feel bad, so you can take back control of your life naturally.
